About this Event
Part of the ground floor of the former Maria Fidelis school building will be converted into a community hub. This will be managed by The Euston Partnership to deliver two functions:
- Information hub to provide local communities and stakeholders an information resource on developments taking place in Euston, including plans for a HS2 terminus, redevelopment of Euston Station and the wider area. The space will be utilised for community engagement meetings and exhibition space.
- Community space to deliver programmes around the themes of education, employment & skills, health and wellbeing and initiatives related to community integration & engagement.
In order to gather your views, we are holding two public engagement workshops at the beginning of June where we will share further details on the community hub and seek your input in designing programmes to be delivered from it. The outcomes from the workshops will ensure services and programmes provided are reflective of community priorities.
At these events, we will also be showcasing the works that have been completed and works that will be installed as part of our temporary meanwhile uses programme.
