Mardi Gras 2026 at the Rainbow. The Historic Rainbow Bistro will be home this year to our Annual Mardi Gras dance party. This year will be a Double Bill. First up will be GROUYAN GOMBO from Montreal led by Mr. Harlan Johnson on accordion and vocals, also featuring twin fiddles. Then The Vanier Playboys will rock the rest of the night. There'll be a delicious big batch of Jody's red beans and rice served at the break. The Rainbow Bistro is on two levels for great sight lines.
