On mental prayer, St. Teresa of Avila said, "Contemplative prayer [oración mental] in my opinion is nothing else than a close sharing between friends; it means taking time frequently to be alone with him who we know loves us." (Catechism of the Catholic Church 2709)
Join Fr. Vince Huber to discuss how to break through the cacaphony and be alone with God.
We'll begin at 6:30 PM at the Queen of Peace Parish Hall after the conclusion of the Latin Mass. Because a catered gluten-free meal is available, tickets are $5/person plus platform fees. Children 10 and under get in for free.
