The theme of March's Sound Bath is: AWAKEN.
The March New Moon and Equinox speaks not only of personal awakening, but to the future of humanity itself At first glance, what emerges may not look encouraging. It can be easy – very easy – to slip into despair or catastrophic thinking. This is where awareness becomes crucial.
The Picses New Moon + Equinox Portal asks us to awaken to our inner knowing and wisdom. To find balance in our nervous system even when things feels hard. To trust that although new beginnings may come with growing pains, we have the ability to awaken to a brighter and more beautiful world.
Awakening is not a battle.
It is a sunrise.
No army or movement can stop a sunrise,
it simply rises.
Magic Moon Medicine's Sound Baths are sweetly woven tapestries of word and sound. Each sound bath features a theme connected to the cycles of the seasons and opens with a guided meditation that gently takes you on a journey deeper into yourself.
For 2026, the sound baths for the first half of the year will celebrate the New Moon up until the Summer Solstice. Thereafter, they will celebrate the Full Moon. This is meant to honor the Yin and Yang aspects of the lunar and solar cycles.
At the sound bath, participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system.

We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound. We also have nest making materials at the studio for you to use as well.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins. The door will be locked a little after 5pm in order to not disturb the experience of participants.
