Our next induction session is at Freyberg Pool (Oriental Parade), starting at 6:00pm and going until approximately 8:30pm on Tuesday evening.The session covers some theory and an introduction to freediving at the beginning, along with a safety briefing and some breathing exercises. The second half of the session will involve getting into the pool and doing some surface and underwater swims (you must be able to swim 200m non-stop with or without fins).
Inductions cost $40 which includes a month of club membership (pool entry fee is additional).
