Hi, I’m . Through I’ve immersed myself in studying life’s purpose and what it truly means to live on purpose. One essential element I’ve discovered is the power of mindfulness—connecting deeply with ourselves and each other. That’s why I’m thrilled to invite you to join me this March for a special series of morning mindfulness practices.

Join me every morning in March at 6:00 AM ET for a 15-20 minute guided mindfulness practice. This series is designed to help you:
- Cultivate a deeper connection to yourself.
- Feel connected to others through shared experiences.
Throughout the month I will feature a unique theme, blending breathing exercises and mindfulness tools to set a positive tone for your day. Whether you're new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, this is a welcoming space for all.
What to Expect:
- 🌟 A live, guided 15-minute mindfulness practice.
- 🌟 Themes and tools that inspire self-awareness and inner peace.
- 🌟 Connecting to others.
- 🌟 Flexibility to join any or all sessions throughout the month.
- 🌟 Special sessions with guest speakers—who will share their practices with us.

That’s why I’ve personally committed to this March Mindfulness series, and I invite you to do the same—at whatever level feels right for you.
