RACE MEDALS FOR THE FIRST 250 REGISTRANTS ONLY!

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL 5K? A virtual 5K race can be completed with a run, walk, by rowing a boat or even riding a horse from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to complete your own race at your own pace and time it yourself. And your medal will be shipped directly to you.

This is an honor system race. There is no need to report back, all medals will be mailed out to those who have signed up by the end of April.

Our March 4-Health Virtual 5K will start March 1, 2025, and will extend to March 31, 2025. You can participate any time during the month of March.
