We don’t make enough space for grief, often preferring to tidy it away as quickly as possible. But grief is something we will all experience in our lives, and talking about it can lighten the load. Join me for a gentle stroll around a local nature reserve, for a chance to begin those conversations we should all be having and to join a supportive community.
All welcome (from age 18 and upwards). Free to join. You’re welcome to share as much or as little about your experiences as you want, or just to enjoy the company.
