We're talking about Love this month.
This is a triggering month and a tough topic for a lot of people.
Join us and lets laugh, cry, and figure it out together.
The Grief and Trauma circle is a monthly event where we come together to safely explore our wounds and our progress. Each month we have a different topic to help us heal and build our inner strength and knowing.
The circle starts with a meditation. The group will then talk through our topic, we flow with the energy of whoever is present. Kat, your circle guide, will share any messages for the group she recieves using her psychic and mediumship skills.
If you brought an item we will included it in our blessings for the evening.
We end our time with a circle closing ceremony.
