River Montessori High School (RMHS), located in the heart of downtown South Bend, is a micro-school committed to sustainability in action. Their alternative educational model prioritizes connection to nature, encourages mindful resource use, and considers the city itself as an extension of the classroom.Join us at RMHS for some student-prepared food, some local beverages, and a tour of the space. Staff and students will provide an overview of their unique, wellness-focused, locally sourced, whole-food lunch program, which has been developed in partnership with Hebron Farms and redefines the traditional school lunch experience.
