Join Giuliana Pirozzi and Laura Klovaite for a special Full Moon session!
Giuliana will lead a pranayama and vinyasa yoga session followed by Laura with a deeply introspective sound bath using Himalayan & crystal singing bowls and therapeutic percussion.
We'll be tapping into the powers of movement and breath with a gentle yoga and pranayama session to increase body awareness before shifting into a soundbath for a sonic cuddle. You'll be laying down while the vibrations and sounds of the gong will work on all levels of your being. No effort required, just close your eyes and fall into deep relaxation.
Don't be shy if you are totally new to these practices! No experience or knowledge is needed.

We have a limited amount of yoga mats, if you are able to please bring your own.
Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a blanket! If you have an eye mask or a small pillow, you can bring it for some extra comfort too.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Soundbaths are not suitable for anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
