Flow through a series of dynamic movements that will increase your flexibility and restore balance and strengthen core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. The ultimate class of focus and self-awareness. There will be plenty of movement modifications and adjustments for you to work at your own pace!
Hang out after class to check out the Wellness Village featuring health-focused product sampling.
Classes are free and open to the public. Registration is required. Bring water and a workout mat. Event parking validation for attendees is available for $15.
