The Mercantile is featuring Monis Rodrigues. Monis is originally from the Côte d' Azur region of France and has always been intrigued by art and history. Having come to the US to complete high school and then pursue a Bachelor's degree in illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design, Monis has been in Ogden for the past eight years doing mural designs focused on positivity and spirituality. Monis says "In some of these murals you will see some history and some of my work are also poetic, my goal is to give back to the community by telling a story through my art."We are excited to host Monis for March and eager to see his creations in smaller format as well.
Additionally, Lilia Maughn will be providing an all ages karaoke, walk-ins are welcome and encouraged to join the fun.
