About this Event
Join us for a 90-minute immersive experience beginning with guided pranayama and gentle Yoga Sangraha—grounding and calming practices that support nervous system balance, helping the body shift into rest and relaxation—followed by a soothing sound bath for deep rest.
🌀 You’ll experience:
• 45 minutes of guided pranayama + gentle yoga practice
• 45 minutes of yin yoga and sound meditation for deep relaxation
