This month, we’re taking our movements to new heights at the Culver City Stairs! Get ready for an energizing workout as we climb the iconic stairs, challenge our endurance, and take in the stunning views from the top. But we’re not stopping there! After the climb, we’ll focus on core training to build strength and stability, followed by a yoga session to restore, and reset. 🧘♀️
- Core Training | Rodney - Strength Coach | 20 minutes
We’ll target the key muscles that enhance stability, balance, and strength for everyday movement and peak performance. A strong core supports better posture, injury prevention, improved mobility, and overall functional fitness, whether you’re climbing stairs, lifting weights, or moving through daily life.
- Yoga | Kelly - Instructor | 20 minutes
Prasaman Yoga is a practice rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, emphasizing mindful, functional movement. This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, enhance flexibility, and cultivate wellness from the inside out.
What to know
- Ensure you have plenty of water to stay hydrated
- Bring a mat (if you have one)
- Be punctual. We will allot 15 minutes for late arrivals
- Arrive early to secure a parking spot
