Join us for Awakening the Bloom a deeply immersive journey combining microdosing sound healing and ceremonial cacao to align with the vibrant energies of the season.

Guided by the wisdom of plant medicine the heart-opening embrace of cacao and the harmonizing vibrations of sound we will shed the remnants of winter and plant seeds of intention for the season ahead. This sacred gathering is designed to reconnect you with nature’s rhythms unlock creative inspiration and nurture inner transformation under the full moon’s luminous glow.

Preparation Guidelines:

To fully receive the benefits of this journey we encourage you to begin your preparation at least three days prior:

• Nourish your body with clean whole foods; minimize processed foods and excessive sugars.
• Avoid alcohol for 2-3 days leading up to the event.
• Reduce caffeine consumption and refrain from drinking caffeine on the day of the ceremony.
• Limit media intake especially social media TV and violent or stressful content to create space for deeper introspection.
• Hydrate well in the days leading up to the event.
• Set an intention for the journey—what do you wish to release awaken or call in this spring?

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing for relaxation.
• A cozy blanket to wrap yourself in.
• An eye cover for deeper immersion.
• A journal to record insights and reflections.
• A refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
