For March Break, children kick, punch, and train their way through stimulating martial arts classes, agility drills, and interactive team games. The camp blends fitness and MMA fundamentals with plenty of collaboration, creating a dynamic environment that encourages movement, learning, and new friendships as spring approaches.
ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
- 3 hours of instructional class each day
- activities to encourage teamwork
- special entertainment and/or outings
- active games indoor & outdoor
CAMP SPECIFICS:
- ages 5 and up
- drop off @ 8:45am to 9am
- activities from 9am to 4pm
- participants to bring own lunch, water, sunscreen and change of clothes
