Join Mel and Trav for a 3-hour guided aerial session where you'll have the chance to practice your skills in a safe, open space.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine more advanced moves, there’s something for everyone. Work at your own pace, and enjoy a supportive environment with new students at each session!

If you’ve attended our sessions before, it’s time to really focus on perfecting your airwork—whether for jams, routines, or personal goals.

It’s the perfect space with proper sprung flooring, ensuring you can train safely and effectively (protecting your knees and ankles)

Stick around after the session for a well-earned Sunday feed and drink at The Gully, just a 3-minute drive from the venue.

SCHEDULE:
4:30 - 4:45: Arrival and get settled
4:45 - 5:45: Content
5:45 - 6:00: Break/Free training time
6:00 - 7:15: Content
7:15 - 7:30: Cool down/Free training time

Students will be taught safe spotting within their groups, ensuring a secure and functional space to train in.

PRICE: $40 per person for the full 3-hour session.

Booking with a partner isn’t essential, but we recommend coordinating with someone to train with beforehand (preferably working with the same person/ people each session to build trust with each other)

Please wear active clothing (leggings, shorts, tracksuits), flat shoes (many students prefer to train in socks), and bring a water bottle. Please be sure to bring spare tops, a sweat towel, and deodorant.

Please (for the sake of all the flyers arms) no jeans.
