About this Event
We’re excited to be back at the Colorado House of Prayer for our March event! We’ll once again be using more of the space, so there’s plenty of room to invite others. This month’s presentation will focus on the GAPS Nutritional Protocol and its role in supporting gut health and whole-body wellness. Please feel free to pass this along to anyone you think would enjoy it.
Speaker Highlight
Dr. Stephanie Thomas of Happy Gut Healthy Mind began her career as a pharmacist but became frustrated that the root causes of chronic symptoms, digestive issues, and inflammation were rarely addressed. Through her own health journey—including chronic gut issues and a celiac diagnosis—she found healing through ancestral nutrition and targeted gut repair using the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Nutritional Protocol. In this presentation, Dr. Thomas will clearly explain what the GAPS protocol is, how it works, and the philosophy behind it.
