We will cover:
Week 1- early labour, role of the partner, breath work, relaxation and biomechanics
Week 2- established labour and types of birth of baby, including end of pregnancy and induction.
Week 3- complications and induction of labour, the golden hour and bringing baby home !
Week 4- All things infant feeding- breast bottle or combi!
Week 5- The early weeks with baby, infant first aid and looking after yourself postnatally.
