Whether you’re a first-timer or looking to improve your personal best, this discussion will equip you with practical insights to help you cross the finish line safely and confidently.
Speaker 1 - Shannon Taylor
Content creator, Interior designer and Emerging Marathoner
Shannon Taylor is the co-founder of IDLN, an interior design studio, and an active content creator. A recent convert to running, she has already achieved major personal milestones. Most notably completing her first full marathon at the New York City Marathon in 2024.

Aaron Tan is one of Singapore’s leading marathoners and a Team SG athlete. Off the track, he’s a full-time educator who balances high-performance training with teaching, demonstrating discipline, passion, and commitment both in sport and in service.

John Yeong is a well-known voice in Singapore’s sports and wellness ecosystem. A former footballer turned multi-marathoner, he is also a media presenter and entrepreneur who advocates for positive self-care, holistic wellness, and powerful storytelling through sport.
