About this Event
MAQET’s next exhibition, presented as part of Bushwick Open Studios’ Last Saturdays, features a collaborative installation housed within an old brick apartment building in Bushwick.
The exhibition transforms the domestic space into a shared site of poetic introspection and social commentary. Drawing directly from their immediate surroundings, MAQET’s members incorporate elements of the building and neighborhood to explore themes of place, intimacy, and collective experience. By situating the work within a lived-in environment, the installation invites visitors to move through and reflect on the space as both architecture and narrative.
