If shown as FULL, add your name to the waitlist and come anyway, we will be there and there are no-shows so space will be available.Florida Orienteering volunteers teach the class as outreach to the community who have an interest in navigation utilizing a map and compass.

How to read/use a map
intro to some map & compass navigational techniques
Setting a compass bearing, and
Info about gear & technology during events.
The class is in a classroom setting and sample compasses are available to use, or bring your own.
