About this Event
Discover the transformative power of sound, gesture, and stillness in this immersive module exploring mantra, mudra, and meditation as subtle yet profound yogic practices.
This training blends theory, tradition, and direct experience. You will study the foundations of sacred sound, including the history, pronunciation, and vibrational qualities of mantra, and learn how to skillfully integrate mantra into asana, pranayama, and meditation to support clarity, focus, and inner connection.
Through the exploration of traditional mudras, or hand gestures, you will learn how subtle movements can influence energy flow, concentration, and intention. These practices offer accessible tools for refining both personal practice and teaching.
The weekend also includes guided meditation training, covering techniques such as concentration, mindfulness, and visualization. You will learn how to sequence and lead meditation sessions that thoughtfully weave together mantra and mudra, developing confidence, presence, and authenticity as a guide.
This module is open to yoga teachers and dedicated students who wish to deepen their understanding of these classical practices and integrate them meaningfully into their lives and teaching.
This 3-day training is part of Radiance Yoga's 300-hour teacher training program, however, it is open to all - you do not have to be enrolled in the program to attend. For more information on the 300-hour program please visit our website at www.radiance-yoga.net/300.
