Studio OM is that safe and relaxed environment where you can venture within, reconnect with your higher self and find peace of mind. We begin the session with mindfulness exercises, breath-works and mantra meditation 🍃🧘🏾‍♂️

Location: Look for the blue "Studio Om" decal on our front door at number 2316 1/2, and head up the stairs to our studio. We are located next to Nature's Brew.

3. Street parking on Union and other close by streets.

4. Meter parking on hoover.

5. Free 2hrs parking on USC village (underground).
