In this class, we will briefly go over how to use a mala for meditation. We will then put this into practice as we sit together and chant a mantra. The mantra chosen for this practice will help us to find unconditional loving energy within & around us.Note- A mala is required for the full effect of this class! I have malas available for sale for $15 each (let me know a couple days ahead of time so I can be sure to have enough!) or you can bring your own. You are also more than welcome to chant along and not use a mala if you prefer!
