‘UNIFICATION - Mantra and Breath Ceremony for Divine Union’ with Shakti Tracy (Shamanic Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator)

‘Unification - Mantra and Breath Ceremony for Divine Union’ with Shakti Tracy is a space to release and reset beliefs, wounds, or conditioning that may be causing disharmony or blocks to embodying more of the Divine Energy that you truly are.
In the 3-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to work with -
- Sanskrit Mantra and Songs to activate and invoke the Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine and Unity Consciousness.
- Shamanic Journeying to merge with the Divine and attune to this frequency.
- Conscious Breathwork to fill you to overflow with sacredness and release anything that is not that. (You will have the option of working with either conscious connected breathwork or gentle heart breathing)
- Crystal Bowls and Sacred Sounds to support your journey of transmutation and transfiguration, allowing you to hold more light within.
- Movement and Dance to celebrate you as a living embodiment of Divine Energy.
- Opening and Closing Circles for intention setting and integration
NOTE - Please be aware that these practices are powerful and can bring emotions to the surface and cause transformation. Whilst we will try to create a safe and loving container for this journey, it's also vital to check in if it's right for you at this time and commit to looking after yourself during the workshop and the days following when release and rebalance may continue. There is never any need to push further than feels right in this session.
Contraindications
During the Breathwork, is NOT recommended that you do the Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have heart or blood pressure problems, have a history of psychosis or severe mental illness, or have epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina.
An alternative gentle heart breathing technique will also be given to anyone who would prefer to use that.
Please message me before the workshop if you have any of these contraindications, or if you have any questions or other concerns.
Refund Policy
Due to high numbers of last minute dropouts and limited spaces, Im not going to offer refunds any more. However, you are welcome to try to sell your ticket privately to a friend yourself though - you would just need to let me know their details.
About Shakti Tracy
Shakti Tracy is a qualified and insured Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Breathwork Teacher with 25 years of experience in the field of healing and spirituality.
She runs 'Reclaim your Money Power' - A 6-month online shamanic and breathwork journey. (Next training starts April 2026)
And is a Senior Breathwork Facilitator Teacher with Breathing Space, leading groups through their comprehensive 10-month training program (Next training starts in September 2026).
She is registered as a Breathwork Facilitator with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance - the closest thing we have to an ethical body within breathwork.
