Angeleah’s Esthetics And Yoga – August 9th Style - Her vinyasa classes embody the meaning of flow with creative sequences that will keep you on your toes. Every class is designed to take you deeper into your body, moving you into the present moment with self-love and care with every breath.
Rare Wellness – August 16th Style - In this all-levels class, students will be guided through a series of movements and postures with the intention of synchronizing breath and body.
