This session is about getting quiet enough to hear something underneath all of that.
Join us June 6 at 10:30 AM at the Dixon Creative Center for a Breathwork & Sound Bath with @xoxobanzai — a guided experience with breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and journaling.
During the manifestation meditation, you’ll be guided into your future life and asked to really feel it — from the moment you wake up. After journaling, we’ll revisit it a second time.
Because usually the second vision is the honest one.
