Manifesting Meditation Sound Bath Experience with Stephanie & Hans

Join us at Nala Health for a mystical/magical evening of guided meditation, intention setting, symbolic mantra work, and immersive sound healing. This calming group experience is designed to help you relax, raise your energy, and align with your goals and dreams.

Inspired by the phrase Substitutiary Locomotion and it's mantra "Treguna, Mekoides, Trecorum, Satis Dee" from the classic Disney film, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, this modern manifestation practice was reimagined by Karina Dayrit as a symbolic meditation experience for building collective energy and awakening inner magic.

The evening includes a live sound bath with Stephanie Ellison! Hans Petter has been hosting these circles since discovering the practice in 2021 and now shares them through monthly events across the LA and OC areas.
