About this Event
Join us at Yellow Barn Farm, a community sancturary in Boulder, CO for an immersive soundbath meditation to shift the mind and calibrate the body to its natural abundant frequencies.
This active meditation will guide you through a somatic experience of expansion, gratitude, and energetic wealth. Rooted in neuroscience, pyschology, and ayurvedic traditions, this integrated practice will leave you with practical and spiritual tools to create a barometer towards abundance in daily life.
About the Soundbath
The crystal singing bowls act as a tuning fork to realign your cells to their homeostatic vibration of 432hz.
This experience will be a majority of sound medicine, integrated with some gentle meditation and guided visualization practice for somatic alignment.
Event Details
No experience or skills necessary; just show up, exist, and enjoy.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, or chair for seating, and any other comfort items! Pillows, blankets, etc are fully welcome. We will be indoors but you will cool down quickly when laying still--bring some cozy layers!
Ages 8 and above are welcome.
