Meditative drawing is a natural technique to unblock creativity, decrease stress, and find freedom from limiting thought patterns. It is also a wonderful technique to manifest your dreams Known as Neurographic art, this technique is an increasingly popular art form for anyone to create stunning designs and unique compositions.In our three hour class we will learn the rules of Neurographic art and pair our painting with a positive, individual affirmation. True affirmations resonate deeply and gives you joy such as “I am open to new adventures,” “my creativity flows effortlessly,” or “I am grateful for abundance in my life,” We will use a simple exercise to write an affirmation then create a piece of art representing our affirmation.. Participants will choose the color scheme that resonates best with them and complete their work with Golden Acrylic paint and acrylic markers. Limited to six participants. All materials included.
