Come join us for a rejuvenating Yoga Nidra workshop infused with the magic of cacao at Well & Good. This event is your chance to unwind, relax, & dive deep into a state of blissful relaxation. Let go of stress & tension as you immerse yourself in the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, guided by experienced instructors.
