About this Event
MANIFEST THAT SH*T is a hands-on vision board and meditation workshop in Salt Lake City, UT, led by graphic and multimedia artist and yoga-certified teacher, Genevieve Bryan, in her creative design space, Paper Panther Studio.
This hands-on workshop will empower you to manifest your dreams into reality through a fusion of art and wellness. You'll walk away with a deeper connection to yourself and clarity in one or more areas of your life that you would like to manifest through visualization techniques. Together we will build a vision for the highest vision for your life, now and beyond.
What's Included?
- All supplies needed will be provided (magazines, paper, glue, tape, markers). Feel free to bring any additional materials that you may want to include like photographs, magazines, old calendars, scraps, etc.
- Vision Board Planning worksheet
- Custom Stamp (to send it out to the Universe, duh!)
- Light refreshments will be provided.

Why a Vision Board Workshop?
In a world that demands us to react quickly and adapt continuously, taking the time to set intentions and visualize our goals can be a profound act of self-care and empowerment. A vision board is not just a collage of images and words; it's a visual affirmation of your aspirations, a daily reminder of your capacity to shape your own future.
As a part of my personal art and wellness practice, vision boards have been instrumental guide posts and time capsules. Though it isn't complex, the act of getting intentional, sitting and purposefully asking ourselves what we need and want, is incredibly powerful.
What Will The Event Look Like?
WELCOME
Quick introduction to me, the space, and participants
GROUNDING AND MEDITATION
We will do a short guided meditation to open the workshop, then step into the Vision Board-making process, and close with another short meditation to sign, seal and deliver our intentions to the universe or whatever forces bind and guide us!
BUILDING YOUR VISION
Create your personal vision board using provided materials like magazines, paper, glue, and markers. Feel free to bring any additional materials that inspire you!
SHARING YOUR VISION
Share your vision with fellow attendees, if you choose, making your intentions known and more potent while receiving community support and witness.
PHOTO AND GOODBYES
We'll wrap up the event with a group photo to commemorate our shared experience.
Who Is This Workshop For?
This workshop is designed for adults who want a space to decompress, daydream, create, let loose, and connect with themselves and others to recalibrate your reality moving into the second half of 2024.
