My experience with Kap was very diferente than other healing sessions, I didnt know what receive or surrender meant and believe me I was saying to my self all the time I’m willing to receive and while I was going to different healing modalities I could receive them because I didn’t know what receive meant and surrender for me was giving up.
As a Latin women I’m use to make things happen I have been in my masculine energy my whole life, I provide for my kids I don’t have any help so I have been in I have to be strong since I’m 19! That’s why for me to let go, and receive sounds in my mind like… IS IT NOT COMPUTABLE! SYSTEM ERROR! I went to my first session and since then I have been training my body, my mind and myself to receive the love, the help, the trust that the Universe always has my back
In on session I had a vivid vision when I was in my mothers wound, I was perceiving her fears, emotions, and I felt that I was not desire! I found the source of my Not Worthiness! But something magic happen in my session, I felt after something in my core, it was a heat that is was moving from my core to my heart and all my body, it felt like the purest love, and I felt like the Universe was my mother, I was again in the wound but it was the Universe, God or how you prefer to call it, and so felt how the Universe see me, why the Universe create me for and I can perceive the amazing being that I am ! When I finish my session I couldn’t stop crying of joy! I have been doing healing session for 10 years now and newer experience something so deep and gratifying! I started doing Kap in November every week. In one of the vision that I had something told me thah I should become a facilitator and by that time I had around 20 session, since then I go to a session every week and continue to teach my body what receive really means

3. I feel free to by myself, to share my voice, to express my ideas, without worrying about people’s judgment, now I’m full of new projects, the Universe send me what I Call whisper of creation, I feel more connected with my higher self and the divine source
4. I learn to be on my feminine side, I receive my husband without any judgement, I heal the abuse that make me feel that I have to be strong all the time and found a space of being me without all the walls that I built to survive
5. I found my purpose and I’m allowing my dreams to be bigger than my fears

KAP is a transmission of life force energy. It's a transmission process. Not a self-willed/self-generating process.
It's the path of surrender, not the path of will.
Therefor it's different to other self generating wilful practises or kundalini experiences such as: kundalini yoga, tantra, chi gong...where you are generating your own energy to rise.
In KAP the energy comes in from the top of the crown, down towards the root chakra, it gradually builds and eventually starts flowing both ways.
It's a very natural process that won't shock your system in any way, this energy has an intelligence that will do exactly what your system needs in the moment.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE SESSION:
Everyone will be lying down, music will be played and the facilitator will touch or point at different chakra/meridian points on the body.
Keep on mind:
Keep eyes closed, relax their muscles, surrender to the process without expectations. Whatever arises, let it arise and be expressed.
Anything is allowed in the session, however stay in your own energy and don't interfere with other people.
Some of the types of experiences that might happen:
Energetic (still, but feel energy running through their body)
Visual (active third eye, seeing lights/images, going on astral journeys, visions...)
Emotional (Anger, sadness fear, laughter, joy... do not suppress this, feel it and it will be released. You might want to scream, cry, laugh, all emotional release is welcome.)
Kinaesthetic (body movements, stretches, yoga poses, shaking, mudras...pay attention to where you're feeling it and how your body wants to move without letting your mind interfere

10-20% might not feel anything in the first session but even they still report life changing experiences in their everyday life. And that's what's important.
Everyone is more or less sensitive to this energy, it's just a matter of time, some people need more time than others. The more KAP you do the deeper it goes, each session is different.
