My name is Deshaun Durham and on December 6th 2024 my sentence was commuted by Kansas Governor Laura Kelly after Riley County District Court Judge John Bosch gave me a 7.5 year prison sentence for possession with intent of 2.4 pounds of marijuana come join me in city park in Manhattan KS to come together as a whole and rally and protest for what is right that nobody in Kansas or any state should be going to prison for marijuana
