While M.A.N.E. was created with moms in mind, it’s open to any woman who carries a caregiver role, an invisible load, or simply needs a supportive space to connect and breathe.
This group isn’t about labels.

If you’re a mom — you’re absolutely welcome.
If you’re not a mom but this still resonates with you — you’re welcome too.
