Mandatory Parent Orientation for Spotlight Summer Camp 2025

Choose ONE of the MANDATORY Parent Orientation dates:

Thursday - May 29th , 6:30pm - 7:30pm or Saturday - May 31st ,10:00am - 11:00am

Step 1) Registration (non-refundable)

Step 2) Select an orientation date and RSVP (RSVP below)

Step 3) Attend orientation (children are not required to attend)

During Orientation …

Parent's will thoroughly fill out the registration form (Be sure to have your child's insurance card, dismissal arrangements, authorized pick-up person etc.) Please review the application and fill out as much as possible before the event. (Email to follow)

The camp Director Nadia C. Matthews/ Dr. Wheeler will go through each page of the handbook and answer all questions. You'll receive a daily lunch and snack menu, schedule with our guest coaches, field trips etc.

Parent's will pay installment #1 and set up payment installments for the remainder of the balance.

Step 4) Parent's will place a T-Shirt order for their child camp shirt and pay $12 for the shirt. Parent's may order more than one shirt. T-Shirts will be worn every Friday and during field trips.
