About this Event
Painting a mandala is a relaxing and meditative practice that helps to stay in the present moment .
The technique does not require specific skills, it is easy to learn and accessible to everyone.
Jenny will guide you on the process, we will start initially to practice the technique on paper and when you feel ready we will move into painting onto the mug.
You will learn how to paint a bright and colourful mandala mug to take home with you.
All the materials for the workshop are provided. Tickets are £17 + Eventbrite fee

Jenny started to paint mandalas during a very challenging moment of her life.
The meditative and relaxing painting process together with the power of colours have been a therapeutic practice for her. Since then painting mandala has become a real passion.
Beside her full time job in the City, Jenny she is mandala artist and a qualified yoga teacher.
The nearest tube is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line. We are a 5 minute walk
from the tube station, and we are located right by the Thames Clipper boat pier. You
