This special 90-minute Mandala Flow pop-up is an invitation to slow down, soften, and sink deeper into the practice — with more time to move, breathe, pause, and rest.
Guided by Susi, you’ll be led through a rhythmic, meditative flow that connects movement, breath, and intention. Moving in full circles around the mat, Mandala Flow becomes a moving meditation — helping you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
Inspired by the four elements, this creative practice weaves fluid, circular sequences that bring balance and harmony back to your nervous system. With extra space to linger, explore, and transition slowly, this longer session allows the practice to unfold more organically.
The class begins with grounding Yin shapes to settle the body and mind, then expands into a spacious, flowing Mandala sequence, before closing with extended Yin and deep rest, leaving you feeling held, centred, and restored.
Blending soft and strong, Yin and Yang, movement and stillness, this 90-minute practice is perfect if you:
Feel overstimulated or overthinking
Crave more time to move without rushing
Want a deeper, more immersive Mandala experience
Need rest as much as movement
Lose yourself in the rhythm of the breath, the music, and the continual flow — and leave feeling calm, grounded, and gently energised.
Open to all levels, though some yoga experience is recommended. Plenty of options are offered so you can honour where your body is on the day.
