Mandala Art Therapy Workshop
This class is deeply focused on the therapeutic and healing aspects of mandala art. Rather than creating “perfect” art, the intention is to allow the body to relax into the creative process and gently shift the nervous system into a state of calm and safety.
Through guided mandala art, participants are invited to slow down, soften, and express emotions through color, shape, and movement—without the need for words. The practice creates space for emotional release, self-awareness, and intuitive expression, meeting each person exactly where they are.
