Participants will learn of these benefits and will explore painting mandalas with multi-media.
Participants will need to bring a notebook or journal with lined or blank sheets or both. It an even be an old book as we will paint over the pages. Art supplies will be provided. Being on time is essential so you don't miss the power point presentation.
