Each passing day seems to bring a further watering down of the Employment Rights Bill: from amendments to the zero-hour contracts clause, to the removal of day one rights against unfair dismissal, manifesto pledge after manifesto pledge has been junked. James Harrison of the Institute for Employment Rights will consider all this and more at our AGM on 14th January
