About this Event
Achalasia Action is pleased to be screening the documentary "No Longer Alone: Achalasia Stories" directed by Guido Zanghi. Featuring personal stories of people with achalasia and their loved ones, the documentary provides insight on what it is like to get an achalasia diagnosis and to live with the condition. This is an opportunity to meet the Achalasia Action team and mix with people with achalasia, healthcare professionals and those featured in the documentary.
The event will consist of:
- Screening of "No Longer Alone: Achalasia Stories"
- Q&A with the director Guido Zanghi, and people with achalasia featured in the documentary
- Presentation of Achalasia Action's report "Misunderstood, Mistreated & Fighting to be Heard"
- Drinks and raffle
