Hosted by our very own Toastmaster Olasunkanmi Olaigbe, this engaging event will feature a panel of five experienced speakers exploring the topic:
“Unconscious Bias in a Diverse World: Are We Truly Inclusive?”
Together, the panel will share insights, perspectives, and real-life experiences around unconscious bias, diversity, inclusion, allyship, equality, and equity - what these mean in practice, why they matter, and how they shape our communities, workplaces, and personal growth.
We are also delighted to welcome our Guest Speaker, Junior Beaman, a Senior Leadership Coach, who will deliver a powerful talk titled:
“Breaking Down Bias.”
Junior will share practical insights and leadership perspectives on recognising and addressing bias to help create more inclusive environments.
