Join two Jefferson MS/RDN students for an engaging workshop, “Managing Stress Through Foods During the Holidays,” on December 10th from 6:30-7:30 pm. We will explore the connection between what we eat and how we feel, with practical strategies to enhance your well-being during this busy time. In addition to the workshop, we’ll share a share a delicious pomegranate salad recipe for you to try at home. We will discuss healthy ingredients and holiday-friendly foods that can boost your mood and energy. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their well-being during the holidays, whether you're hosting family gatherings or simply seeking ways to take care of yourself amidst the hustle and bustle.
