Managing Grief, Stress, and Identity Through and After Divorce
Join us for Managing Grief, Stress, and Identity Through and After Divorce, a public workshop led by Dr. Kim Buck, PhD, and hosted by Genesis Legal Group. Dr. Buck is a licensed therapist and executive team member at Family Strategies Counseling Center with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate grief, anxiety, relationship breakdown, and major life transitions. She is also co-author of Practicing Prodependence: The Clinical Alternative to Codependency Treatment, a clinical book used by therapists and professionals to support healthier relationship dynamics and recovery from high-conflict and emotionally complex situations.
This in-person and virtual workshop is designed for anyone currently going through divorce or adjusting to life after it. Dr. Buck will share practical, therapist-guided tools to help you regulate emotions, stay grounded during stressful life events, and rebuild stability and clarity during a major transition. The event will be held at the Genesis Legal Group Mesa office with limited in-person seating available, along with a virtual option for those who prefer to attend remotely. Registration is required.
