Symptoms of fatigue includes tiredness, exhaustion and a constant lack of energy. Fatigue can be a direct result of a disease such as cancer, Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis or it can be a side effect of different treatments.
Fatigue is a common and very troubling symptom. The good news is that exercise and a healthy balanced diet can help reduce and manage fatigue.
In this workshop we will be dicussing some exercise and dietary recommendations to help you boost your energy levels and maange your fatigue.

This workshop will be hosted by Beth Boxall (MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology, Loughborough University). Beth founded Bounce Back Exercise to provide exercise support for people with cancer, Parkinson's, MS and other long term health conditions.
