In previous events we have looked at how to manage bus services and provide information to passengers. What happens though when things go wrong and bus services are disrupted?

How do you ensure that buses continue to flow and passengers know what is happening?

At this event we will explore how bus operators and authorities are working together to plan for disruptions and how on the day management can mitigate the impact. We will also hear how passengers can kept informed at all stages of their journey.

During this event we will hold our AGM. If you are unable to physically attend the event but want to participate in the AGM we aim to stream this section.

Before and after this event there will be an opertunity to visit the Transport for Greater Manchester control room to see live how they manage bus services in a busy city.
