The Manager Development Lab (MDL) is designed for new and emerging managers stepping into leadership roles who want to lead well, not just hold the title. Over four half-days or two full days, you will build the skills most new managers are never formally taught: navigating conflict with confidence, leading difficult conversations with clarity, managing budgets, and developing the durable skills that build trust, accountability, and team performance.
